• Differential Equations. A Dynamical Systems Approach, J.H. Hubbard and B.H. West --- good for reading about existence, uniqueness, etc. of solutions (Chapter 4)
• Linear and Nonlinear Differential Equations, I.D. Huntley and R.M. Johnson --- pretty good, even if basic, for reviewing linear differential equations (Chapter 1 - 4) and linearization (Chapter 8). Many worked out examples. 
• Nonlinear Systems by H. Khalil
  
• Elementary differential equations and boundary value problems by W.E. Boyce and R.C. DiPrima
