Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. To access the directory of data files, select the CD-ROM by clicking on "My Computer" and opening the CD drive.

* 32 MB of available RAM (64 MB recommended, required for Windows 2000 and XP)
* 146 MB available hard-drive space
* VGA display, thousands of colors or more (800x600 resolution or higher required)
* 4X Speed or faster CD ROM drive if you want to view the videos from the CD
* Sound card
* Microsoft Excel 2000 or better, MINITAB Version 12, SPSS versions 11.0, 10.0 or 9.0 or other statistics software
