READ ME 

The folder 'Data' contains data files, saved by chapter number for denoted examples and  
exercises from Samuels/Witmer Statistics for the Life Sciences 2/e.

The Data files are saved in a number of different formats: 
 Minitab (.mtp) and
 ASCII (.txt)  which may be imported into almost any statistical software package.

You will want to save these files to a data disk or to your hard drive to use 
them.   You will need a statistical software package such as Minitab, SPSS, or
others to use these data files. 

To open the (.mtp) files in Minitab.  Select "Open Worksheet" file type "Minitab
Portable".
